The HID 6005BGB00 is a 125kHz, mini mullion proximity reader with a charcoal gray shell. Being one of the smallest readers in HIDs exclusive ProxPoint series, the 6005BGB00 is perfect for discreet and convenient access control.The reader is equipped with a host or locally controlled beeper and an LED notification system that can be configured to suit your facilitys specific needs with a common 00 standard functionality. The readers sleek, compact design allows for inconspicuous installation indoors, outdoors, and even on metal, without compromising read range. The 6005BGB00 can read cards with formats up to 85 bits and is compatible with almost any access control system. Standard 18" wire pigtail also included. Works just like it should and the color coded wires on the back make replacement a breeze. My prior card reader had some different wires, so comparing the description printed right on the back made it easy to install, and looks clean when mounted
