I have had this tool for about a year, and I have no complaints. Nite Ize makes a good product and they stand behind what they sell.

This multitool is medium sized and just marginally key chain-useable. However, this makes it more useable than say larger (often too much to carry) or smaller devices (often easy to carry but only marginally useful).
