This magnesium glycinate really works! I feel more relaxed, my sleep has improved, and it’s easy on the stomach. Great quality and highly effective—definitely recommend.

I’ve been taking 2 of these every night for a couple years now. It helps me sleep and helps keep leg cramps at bay. It’s a great brand, easily absorbed & great value for the money. Solaray is a brand I trust, as it was one of the few brands my mom trusted, since the 70’s & 80’s, if I remember correctly! I remember the brands she used to buy lol. I always hated admitting she was right, but on this, she definitely was.

This is an outstanding product. I take 6-8 at night and sleep so well. Also helps with gut health .

Incredible purchase. I first bought these capsules to help my family sleep at night, and I can proudly say they surpassed my expectations. Not only did they provide better sleep, but they also elicited deeper relaxation. I would recommend this product as a more natural method to help sleep through the night.My only complaints would be that you need to take multiple capsules to ingest the recommended dose of the product, and I feel they could make it clearer that different bodies may need different doses. For example, some people within my family could sleep well with two or even one capsule, whereas others needed all 4. I feel this could be better disclosed so that no one is taking more than they need, getting accustomed to unnecessary doses, or wasting product. Overall, it does its job well.

I like this product. It has been very helpful with pain as I recover from ankle surgery. I haven't experienced any negative side effects. Will buy again and recommend.

I have tried a variety of magnesium supplements and this is my favorite. A few of these before bed can help calm my restless legs enough to allow me to fall asleep. It is also wonderful for my husband who suffers from leg cramps. We have been using this Solaray magnesium glycinate for a few years and the product has always been consistently good.

First, its effective. Doesn't affect bowels like many magnesiums do.Works but if you open the caps it tastes awful. (I can't swallow caps easily-these aren't terribly large, its just me).
