Tastes terrible, but works great

Excellent product that includes various vitamin B’s and other important supplements. I have read the negative reviews about the smell and taste but it is clear that you can swallow the tablets with water. Problem solved. I highly recommend and will continue to purchase this product for my health.

The taste is horrible! I wish i had known they were this bad. I’ll try swallowing instead of dissolving under the tongue, although dissolving allows the nutrients to enter your bloodstream much better. I may just throw them in the trash, they are that nasty

I like and trust this brand and have been using them for years. Their ingredients are fresh in flavor and dissolve nicely in the mouth. Unfortunately the last 6 to 8 months I have noticed more and more of a gray haze on these golden colored B vitamins when it's first opened. I know this happens the longer you have the bottle after it's opened, regardless of the desiccant pack inside. I have issue with the current bottle I just opened today when a solid dark grey pill rolled into my hand when I opened the seal, as well multiple pills inside with the grey haze already starting on them. This issue needs to be addressed by the company or I will have to start looking for a different company to supply my vitamins.

I can feel the vitamin working and it has not side effects for me.

I have been taking this B vitamin complex for a few years. It has just the right mount of the B's in my opinion. I sometimes just take one a day and that seems to work well although the directions state to take two. I follow how I feel and one works fine for me. I always get a little boost of energy after taking. I notice that my hair and nails grow nice and healthy, too. I like the fact that you just put the tablet, (it's small) under your tongue and let it dissolve. There are very few ingredients in this which I appreciate as well. And, the price cannot be beat whatsoever. If you are needing a boost of energy or just don't feel you get enough b vitamins from you daily diet, give these a try. I have always come back to this brand after trying others. So, that tells me that I have not found a better B complex. Superior Source has several other vitamin available that are sublingual. I have tried their vitamins A and D in the sublingual tablet and was satisfied with those, too. I think it's a trusted brand if you're looking to enhance your health with vitamins.

Worked well and good results until this order. Pills were discolored(dark) instead of light to medium pink, and tasted stale. I probably should have stopped taking but I trusted the brand. Also, the expiration date shows six months from now so that helped. I have a prescription for b complex & these worked in the past but my condition noticeably declined after a week of this bottle & I had to rush to find another brand potent enough. Didn't return, but now reluctant to reorder after over a year of good results! Please check.
