This is the most comfortable earpiece I have ever owned - and I have gone through many over the years. Its fits my ear like a dream, the sound is great and easy to adjust using the buttons on the side of the unit. Its easy to put on and once there stays in place even when wearing glasses. Extra ear buds are a bonus so there no real reason you can't get a good fit. No issues with standby or talk times - there's plenty of both. Personally, I love the fact that it can only be charged in its case and the charging light is bright and easy to locate. Charge time is short even from completely empty - another bonus. The case is nice and robust too. Winning an extra earpiece using the complimentary scratch card has been a real bonus. Recommend trying this ear piece first if you're in the market.

The headset is very comfortable to wear, it comes with different sizes of ear bud, the case acts as a charger, so you can use it anywhere, one full charge of the charging case will give 4 charges to the headset, sound quality is very good (I am not referring to music), noise cancelling is also good, sound very clear to the other end of the call. Charging case connection is USB C which is very good. How long does the headset last? Not sure at the moment, only time will tell. Overall, I think this is a very good headset for the money, compare to other well known brand. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a small and lightweight headset that I can easily carry to and from work. This headset checks all the boxes. It comes in a compact carry case that easily fits into a laptop bag and doesn’t take up much room. The case charges the headset and has a handy LED display on the inside that shows how much charge is left in the carry case. The case can be charged during the day while I’m using the headset. The headset fits nicely around the ear and is comfortable when used, even for extended periods of time. It connects to two devices at the same time. It can be used to connect to a laptop and phone and calls can be answered across both without having to disconnect from one and reconnect to the other. The sound is clear and all call controls can be managed directly from the headset. Overall a nice piece of kit.

i bought this as my old headset was knackered , i have 2 phones to connect and use all day. very comfortable to use as it sit inside inside your ear, blocking all external noise. sound quality is good, haven't found how to get my contact list, so it announce names rather than numbers. overall a good product at a good price, espacially like the ability to charge by just putting it back in the case and in pocket, rather than having it sit on a desk plugged in to mains.

This product came nicely packaged, the chargeable case is a nice touch and has a digital reading of the percentage which looks cool. Use it everyday for work calls and it’s brilliant - it connected straight away via Bluetooth and the sound quality is brilliant both on the calls and playing music. Great that the button on the side you click once to answer and click once again to end the call. It’s comfy to wear, only thing I’d say is the bit that goes over the ear is a tad too big but that’s just because I have small ears! Overall great product, great value for money and great customer service.

Really good headset that has clear sound and voice transmissions. I'm a HGV driver and needed a decent headset to use while on the road... this works all android features too! Cool feature with the charging case is you don't need to turn off the headset when placed in the case, it'll switch off automatically and back on again when you take it out! Highly recommend this 👌

Excellent sound, comfortable to wear. Absolutely no noise cancellation. The microphone is excellent - so much so that people we are talking to on the phone can hear conversations on the other side of the office, birdsong outside, and doors opening and shutting in the background. Bought for use in a busy office specifically for making and receiving phone calls. A good noise cancellation algorithm can pick up sounds close by the microphone and allow them to be sent, but it also picks up sounds from further away and actively stops them being transmitted. This headset does none of that. It picks up all the sounds and sends them all. Not fit for purpose, solely because of the lack of noice cancellation. We emailed the seller, and they have offered a refund.

So far having used this I have had a pleasant user experience with it. It is sturdy and simple to use. The sound quality is very good too.
