We use an induction range w/oven below, and need pans made with induction capability. These pans are that. They're made very well, with an extremely comfortable stay-cool handle, shaped ergonomically to fit the human hand. They are the most amazing non-stick pans without teflon that I've used or seen, and NOTHING sticks to the surface. Very easy to clean........the only caveat is that the coating on the bottom of the pans is quite "slippery" on the ceramic range top, and it's easy to slide across the burner position, thus shutting off the induction connection. This is avoidable by simply using extra care when cooking with the pans, making sure they stay over the induction area to avoid shutting the connection off. They are a little pricey, but good saute pans are, typically. We use plastic or wood utensils while cooking so cannot speak to the scratch resistance....they are like new after a few weeks of daily use.

My mom got a greenpan pot as a gift and she loved it. She mentioned to me that she would love a set of the bigger pots, but they are expensive. Saw this deal, grabbed it for her and she absolutely loves it. Great gift! Great value! The only thing you really have to know, not to use anything that can scratch the surface otherwise it removes the coating. Get it, you'll be happy!!

Love these pans so far. Have used several times and have quality feel, solid but not too heavy, food cooks well with a bit lower temperature than I used in the past. Clean up is easy and have had no food sticking. Highly recommend. Was planning to buy one smaller pan and try it but Black Friday 3 pan set was a fabulous deal and I love having three sizes.

The pan lasts 3 months of normal use, including plastic/wood spatulas and cleaning with a soft sponge. The pan has chips in the surface that you can feel. I asked for a warranty claim, and got this: "Based on our review, the issues with your pan appear to be caused from normal wear and tear and are not covered under our warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Ceramic coatings are very hard – i.e. in the same way as Porcelain Ceramics are hard but not very flexible. Imperfections, such as chipping or scratching, are considered a reflection of the hardness of Ceramic coatings and the fact that we do not rely on chemicals for adhesion. Another great thing is that our products do not contain any PTFE or other PFAS chemicals, and they are free of Lead and Cadmium. As the product remains perfectly safe for use, it does not require a replacement. If chipping is present along the rim, it is most likely due to the way the pans are being stored. It is recommended that your pans be stored with pan protectors, paper towels or dish towels in between to protect them from banging into one another. Please avoid all abrasive cleaners/brushes/rough sponges as these can permanently damage the surface of your cookware. Only soft sponges are recommended as per our Care and Use instructions that come with your cookware. We take great care in reviewing all warranty claims. We have experts who can easily determine whether a manufacturing defect is present. I would like to assure you that your product is perfectly safe for use. " Update: I complained more, and they sent me a new pan.

I bought these pans as it was time to get rid of the old teflon. These are nice pans and work very well. I have cooked eggs in them and nothing stuck! That is the sign of a good non-stick pan.

We cook a lot of our meals, and we use these frying pans almost every day. As you must know by now, non-stick frying pans do not remain non-stick forever. You can pay a lot less than this, and you can pay a lot more. Nothing's going to change that fact. That said, the Valencia pans have a good non-stick surface. These pans are well balanced, a nice weight to them, and they cook very evenly. Greenpan assures us they don't use the surface that sheds dangerous plastics. But they have to be babied. All non-stick pans do. We thought we were taking good care of our last set, but about a year later, they weren't very non-stick any more. Couldn't do eggs any more. So I looked around, read endless reviews, and tried Greenpan again. Babying them is the key. Greenpan says they can be washed in the dishwasher. No, don't do that. Never do that. Don't even think about doing that. Here are some other tips, which I would consider a necessity. - Only use silicon or wood utensils in the pan. - When washing them, use a soft sponge and never, ever scrape them. Don't even use the rougher side that's often the back of sponges. - Never go above halfway on your stove heat. These are quality pans and will cook evenly at halfway. - Always, and I mean always, put a little oil in and pre-heat the pan for at least 90 seconds before adding food. If you follow all these recommendations every single day, you will limit the damage to the non-stick surface and get more life out the pans. We're about two months in with this set and they still clean just as easily as the first use with just a soft sponge and a bit of dish soap.

Got these pans for my daughter & son in law to replace theirs that were 5+ years old (wedding gifts). My daughter has told me or texted me multiple times to say how much they love these pans & how they are so nice to cook with as well as clean. Very happy with my purchase, and will likely be purchasing some shortly for my own use!

Feels much more reliable than an ikea ones

We have used these pans for months now and they are perfect and cleanup without any food residue. The trick is to keep the pan's heat on medium to low and is a perfect pan for eggs or vegitables or lower heat cooking foods. I would not reccomend trying to sear steak on these or any other quality ceramic pans as they are not made for this type of cooking if you want them to last.
