Great product for sensitive, dry skin! Foams up and feels like an actual body wash unlike their face wash products. Skin never feels irritated or dry after use, just clean!

I have tried almost every gentle body wash available and this is the only one I can use. My skin is very sensitive to detergents that over clean. This body wash is cream-based and therefore does not produce a lot of lather. I have hard water, so it may produce more in an area with softer water. I have found that if I apply it with my hands first and then wash with a wet cloth that I do not need or miss the lather. This method also prevents me from overusing the product. My skin feels great with no dryness after showering. Cetaphil Smoothing Relief has almost the same ingredients except that it contains micro exfoliators. I have to be a little more careful with the amount of pressure I use on the cloth when using the Smoothing Relief, but it is an acceptable secondary choice. Both of these are fragrance-free and are much gentler than even Cetaphil Ultra Gentle.

I suffered from post scabies itch and crawling sensations for about 6-8 months. The treatment cream permethrin dried my skin badly stripping its natural oils and destroyed the skin barrier. I am extremely pleased with this product because my skin is also sensitive. This soap gives the perfect amount of lather, hydration, and cleanliness.I am not as itching and the crawling sensations minimized on day two of use. My mental health was deteriorating seriously! I don't mind this body wash so much. I used to use the Eucerin one in the orange-brown bottle but that seems to be discontinued. This Cetaphil body wash has a really mild but unpleasant smell that kind of sticks to you even after rinsing. I don't know how to describe it, it's mildly acrid. I appreciate that there are no added fragrances, but the natural fragrance of this body wash is unpleasant, and I know it doesn't have to be that way because the Eucerin body wash had a mild but much more tolerable innate odor.

This works really good on problematic skin. I used this to recover from a severe allergic reaction to poison ivy and it was a life saver. Provides itch relief and noticeably moisturizing skin. It has also helped my son with his eczema to smooth it out and lessen the itch. It’s finally clearing up. It’s cost efficient. I did notice that it does not lather well on wash clothes so I just used my hands to lather it onto the skin. A loofa would probably do the job. Highly recommend for people with skin issues.

This is the best soap I ever used. Keeps my skin moisturized and smooth. I’ve no more itchy skin since using this soap.

After having been diagnosed with lichen planus earlier this year I was in need of something that would help calm my extremely sensitive skin. This did the trick! I am so happy I found it and it has given me lots of relief from itchy, dry skin. It is effective in giving you a clean feeling and does not leave any unwanted residue. It's worth the price for sure.
