👍🏻
Great insoles I have six pairs of these and all my boots and shoes durable help with my knees and back tremendously. Highly recommend great brand.

Great comfort with out being obnoxiously spongy
I run in Altras , zero drop shoe. These insoles are perfect for absorbing shock when I run on pavement. Altras are primarily a trail shoe. What I like most about the Cross Trainer is they are not thick or “stacked” in heel area, but have a good arch support.

Good product
These don't completely alleviate my foot pain, but they are as good if not better as anything else I've tried. I had a torn plantar plate in my foot and surgery just aggravated the nerves. These take the edge off as well as anything. I have 5 pair so I don't hvae to keep switching them from shoe to shoe.

Great buy!
I am really happy with these inserts! I bought a pair of white sneakers—they’re really trendy with a huge heel. The smalledt they came in is a size 6 and I am a size 5/5.5. These inserts helped make the shoes more snug. The bonus is a little bit of arch support and comfort support, as you know fashion chunky shoes can be really uncomfortable. They’re really all for the look. I am so glad I got these inserts to make the shoes wearable. I tried the inserts in my regular day-to-day sneakers (cheap Amazon brand for $20, they look like Nikes HAHA) and these inserts do not work. It made my heels stick up too high for the sneakers to stay on properly. Bummer cuz I totally would have bought another pair! I think these inserts work best for shoes with high walls for the heels (which my white platform sneakers do have) and the heel has to be sturdy fabric/material. Not stretchy or bendy, like slip on ones

Super long-lasting durability and comfort
My doctor recommended these insoles for plantar fasciitis and I was immediately impressed by the support they offered. My pain did not disappear immediately, but over time, I did notice substantial improvement after wearing shoes with the insoles inside. It's been well over a year since I purchased them and they are fully intact and still provide excellent support, which is four or five times as long as I would get from that big "Dr." name brand of insoles you can get elsewhere.

Feet comfort
feels great and helps keep my feet from getting sore after a long day.

Alright as original insole replacement, but not very soft or supportive for activity beyond mild walking.
I think these are best for old shoes where the old 'hard' insole, basically the material they put between your foot and the hard sole material that is often honeycomb like has failed. I find them too hard to use on their own, they are better than most of the original 'hard' insole but not by much. As someone who spends a lot of his day on his feet these are not that great I have several pairs of shoes I use for work to have them last longer, rotate them daily, and not use a single pair until it is way past use. The pair I put these in do the job, they are better than the sometimes two layers of cheap $2 air cushion insoles I used to have but are still pretty hard, little support. I typically will wear a thick sock to help cushion my feet when wearing them but try to skip them when their rotation comes up most of the time. I also put a pair in some old skate shoes that had failing insoles and they are pretty uncomfortable as well. I'll often go to my cheap slippers as a pretty equal solution to the skate shoes with these insoles, there is no support for jumping/skipping a step on a staircase it feels like I'm almost barefoot which is why the cheap slippers are almost the 'same' in feel to the skate shoes with these in them. That's my take, my feet pretty much hurt to some degree everyday worse during/after work. I find my memory foam sneakers to be most comfortable and various shoes I place the cheap $2 insoles in at least for a few months before the insoles are useless. I also don't like how it adds a good deal of thickness 3/8? and there really isn't much support or give in that space, just kind of hard and solid.

Still the Best - Excellent for Running
Update 6-3-14: To date, I have tried Spenco Cross Trainers, Total Support, RX Moldable and the Walker/Runner insoles. I ran in Cross Trainers for over thirty years and then tried the others looking for more arch support (I have very high arches) and to help treat Plantar Faciitis that I contracted almost two years ago. The total Support were OK but provided too little cushioning under the heel for running. The RX insoles were terrible, were molded incorrectly from the factory with the arch starting under my heel and were only slightly moldable. The Walker/Runners were the same design as the Total Support but had no structure at all and were just soft rubber. I have returned to the Cross Trainers as I believe they are the best Spenco insoles for cushioning under the heel and mid-foot. If they had a much higher arch and a little more structure they would be perfect. For me, for now, they are the best and I would recommend them. Original Review 12-7-12: I'm 66, I have high arches and I've been running for exercise for 36 years. I have been using Spenco Cross Trainer (green, yellow and black) insoles for many years and have been happy with them. Some time ago I developed some heel pain and I recently decided to try the Spenco Total Support insoles. They have a higher arch, which is good for me but, it appears the arch is higher because the heel cushioning is lower...thinner. The impressive multicolored heel pads and underside cushioning areas in the Total Support photos appear, in person, to all be the same material, but colored differently. My heel pain did not diminish while using the Total Support insoles and I have returned to the Cross Trainers for the additional heel cushioning. The Cross Trainers have good arch support and it is probably adequate for most runners. I suspect the Total Support insoles might be good for walking where heel cushioning is not so critical. If you want good heel cushioning, especially for running, I suggest you use the Spenco Cross Trainer insoles.
