Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, 128GB, Sierra Blue - Unlocked (Renewed)

I love my phone actually I’m using it right now. The iPhone 13 Pro. Max is excellent. You would never know it was a used phone if someone else would just look at it no scratches no marks it works very good. Only mistake. I made was not getting a case. I have neuropathy in my and sometimes they can get numb and I drop things and I have dropped my phone a few times. I got a few scratches and maybe two cracks but it was my fault but this is a good phone to buy. I even recommended to a couple family members and about to buy two of them for my son and daughter. They have iPhones but they want to upgrade to the iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Great buy! I couldn’t be happier! The phone is in excellent condition, with very minor scratches on the sides and with the phone case on, you can’t even see the scratches at all! Setup was a breeze and the phone runs very smoothly! The battery health is at 85 percent, which is actually not bad for a refurbished phone! I would have preferred the battery health to be more like 90 percent but other than that, I love this phone already! I must admit that I was really hesitant about buying a refurbished phone. But I’m so glad I finally decided to make this purchase!!!

This phone has been EXTREMELY problematic, missing several screws internally, witless charger would not work due to broken ribbon, battery had writing in marker different language so not even sure what it said, battery wasn’t installed correctly. First screen broke due to folded piece of plastic used as a shim, also wouldn’t hold a charge would die completely in less than 3 hours. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PHONE, Over priced, extremely poor quality The repair guy said the phone looked as if it had been thrown together DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER

It came clean, my phone service is active, but the volume is low across the board. Ringer, speaker, talking to ppl, id have to b Ina sound proof room to hear. 4/5.

I’ve been using the iPhone 13 Pro Max for a while now and absolutely love it! The camera quality is stunning, photos come out crystal clear even in low light. The battery lasts all day with heavy use, and the screen is bright and smooth. It runs super fast and handles everything effortlessly. Definitely worth every penny — highly recommended!

Por el momento todo bien No se nota mucho uso la verdad Habrá que probarlo Cabe mencionar que me lo mandaron con 95 de batería Excelente estética y buen funcionamiento Habrá que darle caña

Good phone

Este iphone lo compré en el 2024. Me llegó el 13 de julio y después de un año de uso vengo a darles mi más sincera opinión. NO LO COMPREN! Cuando recibí el celular lo primero que vi fue que la pantalla no era original, pero en mi ignorancia pensé que no habría tanto problema. La batería me llegó en 86% y no saben lo mucho que cuidé las cargas de batería, no lo usaba conectado, no dejaba que se descargara más del 20%, lo desconectaba cuando llegaba al 80%. Me llegó con un cargador genérico y por lo mucho que quería cuidar la batería me compré los cargadores originales desde Apple. De Julio a Diciembre todo excelente, yo feliz con mi compra! En enero empezó el problema, el celular se apagaba a cada rato, no sabía el por qué hasta que me di cuenta que la batería estaba inflada y tuve que llevarla al técnico para que le pusieran una nueva batería 🙃 yo estaba sorprendida porque aún se mantenía en 86% de vida y aun así decidió inflarse. 6 meses de haberlo comprado y ya había hecho el primer gasto extra con este celular (sin contar el cargador original que compré). Después todo, estuvo “bien”. En mayo me llegó la notificación que debía instalar la versión 18.5 de ios, no quise actualizarlo pero ya se había instalado en el celular. Estuve sin actualizarlo todo mayo, junio y finales de julio que decidí hacerlo. GRAN ERROR. La actualización no fue compatible con la pantalla INCELL que tenía, por lo que DEJÓ DE VERSE LA PANTALLA. El celular estaba encendido pero la pantalla dejó de funcionar. La llevé nuevamente al técnico E HICE UN GASTO SÚPER INNECESARIO para que le pusieran una pantalla OLED GENÉRICA. Yo desconocía por completo que algunas actualizaciones no son compatibles con piezas no originales en un iphone. Desgraciadamente llevo gastando más en reparar este iphone reacondicionado, hasta con lo que llevo gastando ya me pude haber comprado uno nuevo pero chino. Les recomiendo que no compren reacondicionado o si van a comprar, por favor que tenga buena batería y que las piezas sean originales. Esperé un año completo para hacer esta reseña pero no pensé que me iba a pasar de todo. Ahorita el problema que tengo es que la parte trasera de cristal está echa pedazos porque se cayó UNA VEZ, ni siquiera sé en qué momento se quebró y aún no me la han podido reparar y no sé si eso vaya a ser un problema en las próximas semanas. Anexo fotos que tomé de julio 2024 cuando recién recibí el iphone y una captura de la pieza desconocida (pantalla). Y también una foto del cristal roto de julio 2025 🥲 Pd: seguramente sean cosas que expertos en comprar reacondicionado ya sabían pero es mi primer iphone y me emocioné de más por eso no investigué ni indagué más. pd2: lo compré con BuySPRY

Calidad del telefoneo excepcional sin embargo hay unos detalles que me llamaron la atención el cual fue que la pantalla tenía una pequeña raya que apenas se ve, estaba oculta con una mica hidrogel y su batería llegó con 84% se supone que llegaba con 90% pero lo dejé pasar
