How long does the water last in the tubes?

It depends. I use mine outside in over 90 degree weather so just a couple days before I have to change/add water. I would think that you shouldn't expect more than 5 days at most from these unless they are placed in a cooler.

Are these recyclable?

I would assume so. As they are actually made from recycled products to begin with.

Box of 75 eaches is $13 dollars?

It was one price for a box containing 75 water tubes. You could get a larger box containing more tubes for more money.

Is there an option on these lids to where you can seal the water in (no hole in lid)?

No. Each rubber cap has a hole in it for the stem of the flowers.
