Air, Land & Sea: Critters at War , Orange

I am in total awe of this game. It is compact, quick, fun and engaging all at once. Does not require a ton of room or time to play. For being so simple, only 18 total play cards, the randomness and abilities of the cards makes this a very fun game. During all of my wars there have been at least 1 battle where I got stuck in analysis paralysis completely overthinking my strategy. Only to have the other player absolutely destroy my plans with a single card. The back and forth tug o' war for domination is a blast! The art is beautiful and the gameplay make this worth every penny. Great fast filler or time killer card game!

Air, Land and Sea is a brilliant game, but the stock illustrations leave more to be desired. This is a very abstract game with a military theme pasted on, but the gameplay is incredible. You also have an option to call it quits early, your opponent gets some points, but not as many if you completed the battle. One of the best two player games ever made.

This is a great fast 2-player game. It is very easy to learn. It’s super fun to decide how to play your 6 cards each round because of how all the cards interact with each other.

The combos you can make in this easy to learn card game are amazing! The more you play with a friend, the better it gets, as everyone learns the effects of the limited pool of cards.

For just 18 cards this game has so much depth to it and is a real brain burner. One of the best 2 player games I own and I really like the Critters skin over the original WW2 version. Hope to see a lot of expansions to this world.

Purchased as a gift for a friend so haven't had a chance to play myself yet. From what I hear it's a fun game originally and this is a thematic twist that does enhance the experience. Delivery was a bit wonky as it was left outside the wrong numbers house even though it said it was delivered. But once that confusion was sorted, all was good. Recipient was happy with it.

My girlfriend and I really love to play this 2 player game! I consider it a hidden gem. It is exactly the same as the original Air, Land & Sea but much more colorful with the cartoon images, which we prefer. Amazing how much game and replayability you get with only 18 different cards. The text on the action cards is in English, so it is language dependent.
