Parts were missing so unable to fit in machine envelopes packet were thrown by us so we cannot complain for replacement if it is possible then replace it otherwise our money has been wasted

Not fit for Lloyd top load 7.5 kg
It was mentioned in product description that it is suitable for top load fully automatic machine. Unfortunately size is very small for 7.5kg machine. I would appreciate if seller give proper description with diameter
