Nae Nae's Naturals Purify Clarifying Shampoo - 8oz

Great for my hair.!

This order was my first introduction to Nae Nae’s Shampoo Products and I absolutely ❤️ the result. My hair is naturally kinky and many shampoos and conditioners tend to strip that natural quality out of my hair; and it takes days for my hair to return to its natural state. I applied Nae Nae’s Purify Clarifying Shampoo and actually left it in for hours, because I got distracted with other stuff around the house. Interestingly, my natural curls seemed to bounce back the longer the clarifying shampoo remained in my hair. After I washed the Nae Nae’s shampoo from my hair, there was a noticeable difference in the vitality and softness of my curls. I was able to easily pull a comb through my kinky hair; which is always a good sign. My hair actually felt thicker and full. Regarding the scent of Nae Nae’s Purify Clarifying Shampoo, there was a faint hint of aloe vera; if the scent were any stronger than faint, I would not be able to use this product because I’m ridiculously sensitive to smells. The trace of this aroma reminded me of a fresh outdoor environment; reminiscent of natural smells after a spring rain. Moreover, no discernable scent was transferred to my pillowcase from my hair upon waking up the next day after use of the shampoo the previous night. Frankly, Nae Nae’s Shampoo Products falls outside my itemized budget for hair products, but if this product continues to maintain the texture of my hair and makes me upbeat about the way my hair looks and feels, I’ll just have to cut back on some other non-essential items. I wholeheartedly intend to purchase Step 2 and 3 of Nae Nae’s natural shampoo regimen in the near future. Nae Nae’s Purify Clarifying Shampoo was contained inside a customized pump bottle, neatly packaged in a companion box, and delivered promptly.

As you read on, you'll see reviews are mixed about the smell of the Nae Nae's Naturals Purify Clarifying Shampoo. I am a woman and I love the smell. It's more on the masculine side, but I happen to enjoy the smell of men's body washes. If you like sweet smells or florals, you won't like this smell. I think it smells clean and I don't find it overpowering in the shower. The scent does not stay in my hair after it's dried. My hair dries out to straw like texture with most shampoos. The Nae Nae's Naturals Purify Clarifying Shampoo did not do that. It left my hair feeling soft in my hands once I rinsed it out of my hair. That rarely happens. I am always super happy to find a shampoo that will give me even the slightest bit of moisture when I rinse my hair before conditioning. Everyone has a different reaction to scents. If you are a woman and enjoy what some might say is more of a male body wash smell, you won't mind the scent. If I compare it to most men's body washes, I think this shampoo has a more mild masculine scent. I give five stars because I like the scent and it definitely left my hair moisturized. I used less conditioner after as a result, and I tend to go through conditioner really quickly.

The item was good it just did not work for my hair the way I liked it. My texture hair is a little different.

I have used this shampoo for 2 weeks and I just hope to see whether the shampoo really works on my hair drop. After I gave birth to two babies, my hair dropped a lot. Every day or every time when I took a shower, my hair would drop in a large amount. It has been 4 years. Recently after I changed to this shampoo, I feel it works a little bit. In the first week, nothing changed. But during this week, my hair dropped less than before. It didn't change dramatically, but as a person who has 4 years of hair loss issue, any improvement would be pleasant. So for this function, I would like to give 4 stars. The other star is the product's smell. Unlike other products which has a strong herbal smell, this one has a light, relaxing and pleasant smell. It doesn't smell like any "medication" which treats your hair. Overall, I think the person who is concerned about the hair loss could give this a try.

I must say that I was truly shocked at how well this was able to clean my hair without leaving it hard. While shampooing, I could feel the difference already but my hair remained manageable through the shampoo process. I could run my hands through all the strands. It left my hair pretty soft and feeling manageable. I was confident in how things would turn out and i was right. It doesn’t smell strong or bad. A little goes a long way. Very effective at cleansing the scalp and hair. Highly Satisfied and highly recommended.

My wife has to use a purifying shampoo about twice a week because of the buildup from other hair products (dry shampoo, hairspray, etc.) She typically uses a volumizing shampoo and conditioner, but when she has a lot of buildup, this is her go-to product. She says that the smell is more masculine but still pleasant, and the shampoo leaves her hair feeling clean without drying her hair. Immediately after showering, her hair feels lighter, softer, and less greasy. This shampoo is exactly what she’s been looking for in achieving a clean scalp without the dryness many others have. Overall, my wife highly recommends this clarifying shampoo as it works extremely well for removing buildup and moisturizing her curls while remaining competitively priced.

I'm a Caucasian woman with a head of thick unruly natural curls. I wanted to try this brand to see if it would work well with my curls. I like clarifying but certain products can dry my hair out. This shampoo felt very gentle and lathered really well. I scrubbed my scalp and my head felt very clean. The only thing I didn't care for was the scent. It was more of a masculine smell and I couldn't place my finger on what it was that my nose didn't like, but there was a strange smell. I didn't smell aloe or rosemary. If the scent would have been fresher and lighter, I would give this 5 stars. I will say this pump was the easiest pump I think I've ever opened and used. I just wish the smell was more feminine.
