I like it for scraping up a dough

Finally, a pizza lift that I can work with. Easy to store. Can also be used to cut across the pizza.

As always, from Pampered Chef, EXCELLENT!!! Great shipping! I use this for pizzas, cake layer separating, and anything else I need to lift that is difficult. I made my own wedding cakes with multiple layers and this product saved me from having any problems. So worth the purchase!
