Loose Setting Powder 0.4oz, Weightless, Smooths, Mattifying Finish and Shine Control, Pure Silica Mineral Powder (Earth)

For my dry shampoo, I typically use NYX HD setting powder (100% silica) mixed with a bit of corn starch and scented talc powder. This product is silica but also contains talc, and works absolutely wonderfully on its own as a dry shampoo!! I have platinum hair so I don’t have to worry about it looking white, but if you have darker or red or blue hair, etc, finely crush a bit of eyeshadow that matches your shade into it! Works better than any dry shampoo I’ve used, and I’m a hair stylist who’s tried them all!

LOVE THIS..perfect for African Americans with gold toned medium to dark skin. GOTTA BE SUPER CAREFUL WITH THIS..finely ground so it can really fly around if you don't use a big makeup brush GENTLY dipped into the powder then carefully spread around on your face..use a light tough. WORTH IT...makes my skin look like velvet! This stuff has super pigmentation..love this...perfect for darker skin..no ash, no dry look...just warm rich color color color and stays ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT....love to pair this with Black Opal Topaz stick foundation...haven't tried Ruby Kisses foundation yet.

The tub has a swivel lid that will cover the dispensing holes. That is a very clever design. Unfortunately this powder did not work for me. I usually put powder on after morning skincare, a bit of concealer, sunscreen and powder again. The only change in my routine is the powder. I usually use NYX HD, and usually wouldn't turn into a greasy pit by the 10th hour. (Yes, after that, I can fry fish on my forehead.) This powder did not last like the NYX HD. I turned greasy after 3 hours. I then, tried this again with ELF mattifying primer, my nose turn greasy. I like the price and the tub design, it just did not work out for me.

I like that it's invisible which was why i chose to buy. Dislike: leaves ashy white cast and does not melt into medium skin tone. When you pour it out it goes all over in the air and everywhere - not something I want to inhale considering it has TALC! NEED refund.
