The Rules II

I had the first book for years. Read it sporatically, then came upon a guy that I liked. Didn't use the rules: gave him my number, called him, was always around him__and another woman got a date with this guy. OK. Had I NOT given him my number, i'd not be feeling sorry for myself now. He'd have gone on to his destiny. THE MORAL: THIS IS A MANS WORLD: a man is going to be where he wants to be. If he isn't feeling you, all the calls, tears,all of the "dirt" that women do is not going to change things. IF you read the first 3 chapters of the Bible, it tells you that man was designed to be the leader and was punished and thrown out of Eden for not following THE RULES. All of the men that say they like a woman to make the first move are conning you and are weak. They like it for awhile, but will get bored. And that is why they move on. Let them fill in those blank moments that you used to. Let them have those women who like to dominate. Let the weak go with the weak. You want a man to do all of those things that they should. NOTHING is guaranteed__but you will come away with better SELF ESTEEM. That is what makes this book so unique. You aren't beating up on yourself if that man doesn't call or notice you! THATS WHAT YOU WANT!! If he is feeling you, he will come to you. MEN do like challenges! That is what THEY were created for. Thats why they love sports, action__They are external creatures: their package is on the outside of their body. We women are internal creatures: our package is on the inside making us more emotional. MR. RIGHT is there. If it takes awhile, its not your fault! Get busy! Get a life!

I was given the original book to me by my mom. In college. I followed it to a tee and won the heart of my hubby. We have a great marriage. Now have been married 17 years. When I pasted it down to my 16 yr old. Things seem to start earlier in my opinion. She didn't relate exactly because it was more about marriage. Well she hasn't even had a boy friend yet. So I saw this book and bought it. I read it and have it to her. Bingo. Perfect.

I swear -- half the things we do as women has the result of chasing men. Testosterone is for chasing a woman, IMO. Let's not take the game of chasing and conquest away from the men because it's fun for men. My dating game changed after reading and applying what's in the book. Besides, just about any woman loves to be pursued. xoxo

The book was an extention/repetition of the material covered in Rules I. She tried to answer some of the questions that came up as a result of writing the first book.

The authors are wonderful but their PR and advertising people could do better. It would have changed my life for the better if I’d read them when I was young. Instead of middle age. Well, they really helped me a lot. That’s all I can say.

While most of the information is outdated, that doesnt mean the author didn't do a good job with what people were working with when this book was written. Some of the content can still be applied but does come across like game playing. Not at all interested in that.

Gave it as a present. We need newer versions to refer to.

Just as good as the very first book. Great for modern updates for now times. Great book well written very helpful.

Love this book, this book might not guarantee to "capture" a prince charming, but it definitely helps with maintaining my self respect and dignity.

Great acquisition and good conservation state. I recomend buying this book, to know about how to have more fulfilling relationships.
