Obsessed with this book
Plant based recipe books are a tricky one to get right in my opinion, I've got lots of them and none of them are my go to or can be used day in, day out! This ticks every single box: great visuals, really simple healthy plant based recipes that are quick to make, no reliance on processed alternative meats, amazingly tasty recipes! I'm currently working my way through the book making something different everyday. I don't know if I'll need another recipe book to be honest! Buy this for yourself and for your friend, you absolutely won't regret it!

Best plant based cookbook I have found! Highly recommend!
This cookbook is the best whole food plant based oil free cookbook I have found. I've only been eating plant based for 1 year and had been eating very basic meal on repeat. This book has got me trying so many different foods and loving them. I was never a salad lover but the superloaded veggie wrap, crunchy peanut shredded salad and cool ranch kale salad have me craving them now. The recipes in this book leave me filled, enjoying my food and looking forward to the next recipe I try. So far I've made banana walnut explosion overnight oats, a few of the green smoothies, pink elephant fruit smoothie, chocolate chip banana bread breakfast cookies, superloaded veggie wrap, buffalo chick'n wrap, crunchy peanut shredded salad, cool ranch kale salad, presto pesto penne, garden bolognese, rainbow summer rolls, hoisin broccoli spicy rice, BBQ chickpea stuffed sweet potatoes, bliss burgers, best ever cauli wings, garlic hummus, a few of the dressings and the stuffed dates. The only one I wouldn't make again is the hoisin broccoli spicy rice as I found it a little dry and quite a small portion compared to the other recipes. The rest have been delicious and I have and would make over again. Next on my list to try is the big boss burrito and I'm looking forward to trying the soups, curry, chili etc in cooler weather. Can't recommend this book highly enough. I really hope Carleigh brings out more books in the future, I would definitely buy them.

A very special book
I am a life long vegetarian..turned vegan 20 years ago....it was never about me...it was always about the animalsIn return I have had a life of great health with no weight issues..Recently I decided to cut right back on oil...and came across this young lady on utube..which led me to her book as I love cooking and creating delicious meals..I LOVE this book...it's simplicity most of all...I can get great meals on the table in no time and even without oil I know they will be a successAt my age I'm not going to give oil up completely as there is no doubt that a little spray now and again will give me crispier roast potatoes or tofu......( I know I'm sad)....If anyone reading this is interested in creating simple plant based healthy meals..then get this book.....you won't be disappointed.

The photo in this recipe book are top notch
Excellent recipe book. A lot of the ingredients are the same for many recipes which is very helpful. Beautiful and easy to read ingredients. Nice different things to cook

Deliciously un-complicated
Excellent condition for second hand.The presentation is bright and inviting.The recipes seem straightforward and it has new variations of my favourite meals, glad I picked this up.

The greatest cookbook I’ve ever owned
I’ve been following Carleigh on instagram for the longest time, been trying out the recipes as well, then I got given this book as a present from my boyfriend and it honestly changed the way I live, gotten so excited to make food again, and all the dishes make me full of energy, helping both my mental and physical wellbeing. The recipes are incredible, easy to follow and very affordable. Thank you for helping us eat and live better. 💕

Great Introduction To Vegan Cooking - Don't Read Into The Negatives
As a newbie with vegan cuisine this book has been perfect as a way to introduce vegan cooking and ingredients. Based in the UK, I found the recipes easy to follow and understand. I think some reviewers are expecting a little more than what this book is about. Its about using ingredients that are probably available in your home or easy to obtain, and it is full of hearty, home-style cooking. Everything is relative. If the seasoning is not to your tastes, then tweak it. Really cannot believe some people are ready to criticise this book just because it didn't match their individual tastes. Overall I think it's a fantastic collection of recipes and I'm using it as a way to introduce more vegan variety into our family meals. I would recommend it - well done Carleigh!

Amazing and easy!
I am not a vegan but have been looking for healthy simple meals that I can make myself and my family. These not only easy but super tasty! I wish there were more main meal recipes because they are SO good. Also to mention all the ingredients are easy to buy from a regular shop too 😀
