I like the Thorne brand in general. This product contains a highly absorbable form of zinc and the minerals are in the right amouts for me. I will be taking 2 a day.

I have severe osteoporosis and these have all of the minerals to build bone.

I confess I'm not really sure why or who inspired me to buy these but I just randomly started taking them and I was compelled to write a review because they legit just make me feel over all better!! maybe I was lacking something? I don't know.... but this is just an honest and Earnest review. Im just some random guy who bought them took them and feels great for it!! Heck!! maybe it's placebo effect?? I don't know?? but I am going to keep taking these. it's incredible how much better I feel just in general less foggy a bit more energy and just better overall
