It’s not premium security hardware, but it’s good for its intended use: a clean appearance, easy install, and functional privacy locking. The media could not be loaded. As you can see, this door gets a lot of use (and abuse). So no surprise when the old knob failed. Luckily this set was a perfect replacement!Super easy install and everything works perfectly. -1 star for the little tool to re-key the lock missing from the package. Maybe it fell out in shipping? Either way, the ability to set the key to match the one we use for all the other doors was the top reason I went with this set. That and the price. So kind of disappointing.Overall great product. If you get all the parts it says it comes with, definitely 5 stars.
