?Name brand briefs are so expensive so I decided to try these Amazon basics. What a great surprise! They are better than the name brands. I only need them for overnight use because I'm a side sleeper. They are very absorbent and don't leak. I think the fact that they're for women or men and the pad is larger than most others really helps. I'm so glad I decided to try them and highly recommend. I ordered XXL and they fit snuggly which I like. I am a size 20 and they're very comfortable.

These disposable protective underwear items are the best I have ever found bar none. They are comfortable, easy to put on and easy to wear. The moisture retention is outstanding. The design was obviously designed with the customer in mind, but slip them on like any regular underwear..no messing with tabs or anything like that...just slip i into them. The last longer than they say they will so durability is absolutely a plus. The protection level is so high that i pay them absolutely no attention while wearing them. I feel comfortable in these no matter where I go or what I am doing. They are absolutely efficient and non-intrustive. hardly know they are there. There are no noticeable odors. I love these, have ordered them at least 8 times and will always order them whenever and wherever they are available. The cost of these disposable does not break the bank either which is a real plus for me. Very economical. I recommend them with at least 5 stars on my judgment scale.

I am the primary caregiver for my mother who has dementia. Incontinence has become more of an issue, especially overnight. I have tried a few different products, which are ok, but end up with some leaking. I decided to give the amazon basics brand a try. We have been using them overnight for 2 weeks now, and I am super impressed!! There has only been one time with minimal leaking and it was due to her having a loose stool, not her urinary incontinence.These pull-up type of disposable undergarments are designed as unisex, which makes them more versatile. My mother can not verbalize how comfortable they are, but she does not pull or grab at the undergarments when I help to put them on. They don’t seem to be very bulky, and fit under her clothing, so could be used during the day if needed.I was concerned about leaking relative to sleep position. My mother will sometimes sleep on her side, and other times sleep on her back. She weighs around 100 pounds, and I was concerned about them being too big and not conforming around her legs when she moves in her sleep. I purchased the S/M and they fit very well. The waistband gives so as not to be too constricting. I appreciate how the back side has a bit wider edge along the bottom for better coverage and I imagine more comfort around her buttocks. Other products are so similar front and back, it’s difficult to tell which way they go, but these are easy to tell.I have not noticed any rashes or skin irritation since I started using the “protective underwear,” and to be honest, she sometimes sleeps for up to 12 hours without my waking her through the night. The lining appears to keep her skin dry and protected from urine. They also seem to hold quite a lot of urine!When attempting to remove the product, my mother will sometimes grab at the waist and try to keep them up, and they have not ripped until I deliberately rip the seams in order to remove the soiled garment. This tells me they are strong enough, but not so indestructible that I can’t remove them by tearing as needed.I noticed that Amazon is suggesting I say something about “smell.” I really have not detected any odor from the product, and her urine does not have any change in smell once the product is wet.I was very surprised at the quality of this product, especially with the very reasonable price. I highly recommend them, especially for at night with a person with dementia, and will definitely purchase again.

Flimsier than similar store brands in major grocery chain. Good value, but typically only good for 24 hours or less. Good value however.

Not only is the price good, but they are very absorbent - better than the name brand ones. They fit very well with no leg gaps to leak. The pant and pad material is very soft and comfortable, not scratchy like some I've tried. I would gladly recommend these to anyone.

These diapers work very well. They did not leak overnight. Be careful not yo pull them up to hard as the stretchy material will tear, but the diaper area hold up great. You can be seated or laying down with confidence.
