This pizza wheel is fantastic! The size is just right—easy to handle and sturdy when cutting through pizza. It’s heat resistant, so no worries about it warping or melting near hot pans. Cleaning is a breeze, and it holds up really well over time. Durable, practical, and a great addition to any kitchen. I did accidentally stain it but still use daily.

Maiden launch was very good. With a nice coating of Semolina the pizzas slid off nicely. Also used these as an area to form the dough and top the pizza, and it worked great. Returned finished pizzas for cutting and it held up well. Washed the first time with light soap and water and came clean. Has a nice edge if you need to get under a pizza, and is lightweight and easy to handle. Durability looks good, but will report back if that changes.

I use them as individual serving plates when I have a “make your own pizza” gathering. I bought two. Plan on getting more good price. Good quality.

I don't think I need a pic because we all know what they look like, but what I will start off with is they are a very attractive design - great shape, great size, easy to handle, and the texture and coloration of the bamboo just sets it off as a quality looking set of pizza peels. So here's the warning . . . be prepared to sand down the edges to eliminate splinters in your appendages. I got two very fine splinters in my thumb as I took the first one out of the plastic bag. I was careful with the other three, but checked them and they were all, some more than others, very sketchy along the edges, so I sanded them all down to eliminate the risk. Even the hole in the handle will bite along the edge. So, if you're willing to put in 15 minutes time with a palm sander it's well worth the effort. I'd give them 5 stars if I didn't, you know, have to sand my peels.

I have a ninja wood fire outdoor oven and started with the metal peel they sell to go with it. While that works great for removing cooked pizzas from the 700° oven, it is impossible on raw dough as it always sticks. These wood peels do the trick, allowing me to briefly assemble the pizza on it and pop it into the oven. I still wouldn't leave the raw dough on it for more than a couple of minutes, even floured, as it starts to stick. I intended to use these to cut and serve, but I quickly realized the cut marks and sauce stains were going to affect the appearance and likely functionality more than I wish (nothing against this brand in particular, any wood peel would be the same).

These pizza paddles are absolutely indispensable in a well-equipped kitchen if you want to make pizza the right way. They are super easy to clean and light to handle even when they have the pizzas on them. The surface is smooth so it is easy to cut pizzas as soon as you get them out of the oven. They arrived on time and I am very pleased with my choice.
