This works well for me, I mtb long distances, and leg cramps are my nemesis, this helps. The flavour takes getting used to!

This is what I'd put on my fish and chips!I nearly choked after trying one.The other over expensive sachets are in the bin.Next time I'll just bring a bottle of vinegar!Or stick to regular electrolytes.

Don’t take in too much at once!

I suffer with severe leg cramps, both legs & inner thighs all at same time, absolute excruciating pain. I tried these during a bad cramp moment. I Took 1 shot and within a few minutes it eased hugely. In an hour I took another shot as I could still feel it and within a few minutes, no cramping at all. Absolutely amazing.

What kind of sorcery is this?! I’ve suffered with stitches since i was young, regardless of how fit i was. As soon as i had the first sachet it worked! 10k immediately, without a stitch!
