There’s no taste, and they’re fairly easy to swallow. Every once in a while you might get an open capsule, but that seems like a normal shipping issue with supplements — nothing concerning. As for results, I’ve definitely noticed my nails are stronger, and my skin looks healthier overall. I’m not totally sure about the joint benefits yet, but everyone is different. I’d recommend talking to your healthcare professional if you have major joint issues or are taking prescription medication for them, just to be safe. Overall, convenient, high‑quality, and worth it if you prefer pills over powders.

We normally use the powder but these capsules are great for traveling.

I subscribe to this product and love it, except this is the 3rd time one of the capsules is half empty. Very expensive to have a pill messed up in each shipment.
