The product works very well. The magnetic transducers make it easy when working ductile iron piping. When I thought I had problems, the customer service was very good. The only downside I would have is resetting the totalizer. I wish it were a button instead of a M function. I would buy again.

So the meter seems to basically work. However, I purchased with the promise of being able to use the data logging feature. Well the instructions for navigating the menus, specifically regarding the data logger, do not match what the menus say. Then in the description it mentions being able to view the data when connected to a PC with software. No software included or no mention as to how to get the software other than to contact them. How????? The email returns undeliverable and a bad email. It's for a "hotmail" account that must not exist anymore. That's it , no support.

The instruction was not so intuitive that made it difficult to understand how to restart the device, but finally figured it out. After checking the flow on M01, everytime we change the location, it requires to set the details again. So M01, M24, then M01 is all we needed to push. One we figuired it out, it was very easy.

This portable flow meter is by far the best I’ve used. Very easy to configure and it meets all my requirements for my job. Excellent product and highly recommended. Customer service is awesome. They respond very quickly and assisted me all the way. Great Job!!!!

Purchased meter and have been unable to get meter to work.

I purchased this meter to measure HVAC water flow rates. It was easy to use. Appears to be accurate. Customer service by email has been especially good. Usually get an answer within a day.

I checked the accuracy against a Rosemount magnetic flow meter and the two agreed within 1% as advertised for this ultrasonic transit-time meter. There is no temperature compensation, so merely adjust the meter’s suggested transducer spacing until TOM / TOS ratio comes into range. Great value for the cost.

Well set up in a substantial case.
