Great for baking
Great for baking. I made homemade hamburger buns. The whole wheat has a delicious nutty flavor.

Excellent!
Excellent product. Use it in Artisan sourdough bread, and sourdough starter. My go-to for whole wheat flour. Haven't found a Bob's Red Mill product that was anything but excellent.

Love it!
I love this flour! I normally mill my flour, but couldn't get my wheat berries in time to bake with, so I saw this and bought it. Next best thing if you can't mill or you want a more wholesome flour.

Had some issue's with rising but overall good flower, it is a bit expensive.

Great flavor
Some wheat flours are dull and flat tasting. This flour bakes well and has a great taste. Also, the price is very reasonable.
