Hi Maggie, Great Question. The main difference between Pyure Premium Organic Stevia Packets and Pyure Organic Stevia Granular Packets is the ingredients. Pyure Premium was one of Pyure's first products to launch and is a blend of Organic Agave Inulin Fiber (not to be confused with Agave Nectar) and Organic Stevia. Pyure sources their agave inulin from the agave plant. Inulin is a natural, soluble vegetable fiber which nourishes the good intestinal flora that support immune function and promotes digestive health. Pyure Premium is sold in select health food stores like Whole Foods. Pyure Organic Stevia Granular is granulated providing the same taste, feel and ease of use as sugar, unlike Pyure Premium that is more powdery. Pyure Granular is blended with Organic Erythritol and Organic Stevia. Pyure was the first to launch organic and non-gmo erythritol, sourcing from organic and non-gmo corn. Pyure Granular can be found in retailers like Walmart and Target. Both products are diabetic-friendly, organic, non-gmo, 0 calories and 0 glycemic.

Q: Loved this in the past but, when did th ey change from agave Inulin fiber to erythritol? Is this a new formula? Not happy.

Good catch, must have transitioned in the past year. I still have packets that have inulin wich is a natural sweetener found in some veggies, erythritol is a sugar alcohol not dangerous as an ingredient. But I'm disappointed with the change.
