Are these sterile and individually packaged?

Yes they are. Individually packaged and sterilized with ethylene oxide, which is pretty much the industry standard for medical device sterilization. They are listed for industrial use(liquid dispensing, etc.) because they have to in order to cover themselves legally. They are, however, the exact product that you would get from a medical supplier or your local pharmacy and are safe and suitable for human use. I use these for intramuscular injections weekly with no issues. Hope this helps

Good buy but a few have been dull.

These are good but sometimes I get one that has a sorta dull point or a defect when they were sharping it. A good look will usually tell and I just toss that one and grab another. Self given test every 2 weeks.
