I can finally take the case i originally got for my phone and use it. The packaging comes in a smaller box. Comes with documentation, a phone guide for placement of the ring on phones (12 mini, 12, 12 pro and the 12 max) making placement super easy.The 13 has the same measurements as the 12 so the guide works for that too.1.clean off case you’re using2.use the included guide that matches your phone.3 while pressing the corresponding guide on your phone apply ring.4. Phone case is now magsafe compatible.Keep in mind this is a retrofit meaning everything may not work 100% of the time. Although from my use so far magsafe charging works well. I cannot speak for wallet use as i don't like having cards near magnets. The adhesive feels like its sufficiently strong and wont simply fall off. Also the quality of the magnet is strong enough to stick to the refrigerator just as well as with the case off. Altogether including the price you can’t go wrong.

For what this thing costed me, I feel incredibly disappointed. It is very thick and after a week, the adhesive came loose. The heat generated by the charger used seems to loosen the adhesive and cause the ring to come off when removing the phone from the charger. It is way too expensive considering such poor performance. For an Anker product, I was surprised at how bad this one is. One star.

Anker has done it again and everything that I get from Anker is top notch and works great. This product worked great on my Samsung S20 FE 5G and I couldn't have asked for a better solution. Definitely a great buy for the money.

This product is great for adding MagSafe to cases that aren’t MagSafe. It worked with my apple wallet and still showed when it disconnected it from my phone case. It had a great hold on the charger and the wallet holder when using them. The only issue I ran into that I want to make people aware of is: I put this on a printed case, meaning a plastic clear case with a design printed on the back. The maker ring stopped sticking after a little while most likely because the back of my case was not uniform. So keep that in mind before buying this accessory. I think it should stick longer on non printed cases. I included a picture so you can see what type of phone case I used. I hope this helps!

I have an Otterbox Symmetry clear case for my phone. I thought I didn’t need that magnetic ring on the back to charge my phone. And I didn’t; the MagSafe pieces attached to each other enough to charge. But there were a lot of cool accessories, like portable stands, that required a strong magnetic attachment; mine attached, but it was t strong enough for the charger to hold up the phone. So I bought the Anker ring, used.It created a strong magnetic link through my phone case; I would be able to get one of those stands. But then the ring fell off. I tried it a few times — each time the adhesive on the ring didn’t last. (It was also hard to find the right spot to attach it, even with the cutout to guide it.) So I had to return it.I have faith in Anker and their products. I’m assuming the adhesive didn’t work too well because it was a used product. I’ll try out a new one soon and let you know.

Stuck on back of Galaxy S10 case. Great mounting strength to ESR magnetic charger, and charges just as well as iPhone

I got this as an accessory to the Anker MagSafe car charger for my iPhone 14. It worked great for about a week. Then the adhesive stopped working and the ring stays with the charger rather than on the back of the case. It worked, but not it's useless. I have to take the case off of my phone to use the car charger. Very disappointing!

Anker missed the mark. Super thick profile and yet very disappointing magnetic strength. Had much better results with cheap metal rings of the same diameter.
