This works for me amazingly well. Indeed I have to be careful not to overdose !!I every other day seems sufficient for me. I recommend it very highly, but take care!

This is such a great product. It has transformed my bowel management in the last quarter of my life. I have one very BIG criticism hence the one dropped star. The instructions say take two capsules more or less when you need them. I have been using them now for about six months. I read the reviews about some people having occasional stomach cramps and so, cautiously, used one capsule as needed, which works just fine, and even then occasionally over enthusiastic results. If I had take two I would have needed underwear changes!Please change those instructions.

Best product ever.No sides effects.Just wish the tablets were smaller. Also, they are very pricey.

yeah these are good- i only ever take 2 at a time, dont know how or why it says upto 6 a day becuase trust me 2 does the job

This is IMO the best product on the market. I was a bit sceptical that it would be better than a pharmaceutical agent but it is…by far. I went on a Keto diet for several months which left constipation as a long term afterthought. Thanks to this product I’m back to regular bowel movements.
