Tried it for a few weeks now. Material is really good! Doesn't go flat like others I have paid way more for. Very comfortable, supporting and well made. Eliminated my neck and shoulder issues. Did take a couple of weeks to adjust.

Not good for my neck. I was disappointed. It is a surprisingly low profile pillow.

Got it for my husband, who has a issue with most pillows, always flipping them around to get that good support. Picked this up for him, and after all this time...he loves it, I keep trying to swipe it, I should realllly get one of my own...Hopefully he does not notice this time when I steal it tonight!

My head is small and not very heavy and my shoulder and neck areas are also smaller so most of these pillows don't work for me. I bought this one specifically because it says you can remove foam and adjust it. I tried several positions but would always sleep poorly and wake up hurting. Finally, I removed the foam block from the back per instructions, and I turned the pillow upside down. This way, your head falls into the space left that's when you remove the block of foam. This was actually still a little high for my neck, so I turned the pillow around , and i'm sleeping on the back, still upside down I sleep well all night and ke up with no neck pain and no headache. The picture shows the pillow after you've taken it out of the zippered case and the inner cover and removed the foam.

Then I tried massage therapy for 2 years which did help. Since this provider was not in my health insurance provider network I see him only as needed. After failing to find a comfortable pillow locally I decided to search cervical pillows on Amazon. EPABO Memory Foam Pillow is the one I ended up buying. I liked that the pillow was shaped to fill in the gap that occurs when sleeping on your side, between your shoulders and your neck, as well as providing graduated neck support when sleeping on your back. January 2020 I bought two pillows: firm and standard size. A few weeks after trying to adjust to this new pillow form I reached out to EPABO customer service. I asked them if they sold this pillow in a soft and standard size. They did sell a soft version but did not have any instock. When the item became available I received a replacement pillow shipped to me at no cost. This soft standard sized pillow has been a life savior for me. Anyone who has lived with cervical pain will understand what I am talking about. In our ever changing world I thought I better order another pillow to keep just incase this pillow would lose the support I need. So this year I purchased a soft and queen size pillow only to find out that the small half inch increase in thickness, standard to queen size, was enough to cause me to wake up with a headache. So I placed a call to EPABO customer service and talked with Sophia. Again customer service sent out a replacement pillow and told me to donate the queen size. Thank you Sophia!
