Carve out some time because this stuff works. I took this on Saturday afternoon, around 3pm. 4am Sunday the cleansing began and continued for a while. Some cramping, but that’s a small price to pay for relief. Also, I tried several natural remedies before and nothing had worked the way this does. This is a game changer for me and I definitely recommend this to anyone suffering from you know what.

This stuff works. Maybe a little too well. I took 2 tablets Friday night and I'm still going on Sunday afternoon. The advertising is a little misleading. The only prune it contains is a small amount for flavoring.

This product is really good. Like it says in between 6 to 12 hours. It will work and it's gentle.

These are by far the best pills for digestion to me. I have tried others and this is the best. I tried prune juice at first and didnt get the results needed, however, I found these and I took 2 for a few months and realized with 3 they TRULY get the job done! If you are backed up, constipated, or just want a great bowel movement or a few, take these. Great as a detox too. It helps cleanse and pull all of what you have inside of your intestines out!
