One of the strips is not functioning correctly. I have checked the connection multiple times. How can I obtain a replacement strip?

These are standard 5V 5050 RGB strips. You should be able to use any 5V 5050RGB strip.

Am I able to get replacement adhesive tap for the lights?

It came with extra adhesive tape.

One end of the power cord has a special connector for connecting the Strip light, and the other end is a USB port for connecting the battery box. The product doesn't come with batteries.
