Are theses oils ingestible?

The oils come with a booklet on how many uses there are.

Is this supposed to come with the booklet with recipes you can use with the oils? I ordered this but didn't get the booklet that it says comes with it

Mine came with a short booklet.

Has anyone in here used these to make reed diffuser liquid?

I have not used them for that but would think it would work. I used them to make mosquito repellent and that worked! Much better than the over the counter stuff which I am sure is NOT good for you.
