A very suitable product for a backpack for urban usage/travel. The hard case takes all the knocks comfortably while protecting the contents. The expansion feature is useful for those occasions when you are carrying a bit more items than usual.

The material on the sides inside the backpack can get caught in the zippers. Care should be used when zipping the backpack closed. Otherwise a great backpack so far.

There's a glaring design issue with this product. The concept is that the hard shell will protect your thousand dollar+ laptop, however the sleeve for the laptop is on the opposite site of the hard shell, exposing it to bumps and damage. This completely eliminates the purpose of the bag. Other than that, it's an okay bag.

Great quality of both fabric and hard top cover both. Adjustable straps are of good quality. It looks beautiful and gives a tesla cybertruck style vibe. Space is great as seen from the pictures. It has a lot of pockets which is always great. Power bank connector works great and is very convenient. TSA lock is smooth too. Overall a great buy for this price point.

I consider myself somewhat of a backpack “expert” and had high hopes for this particular purchase. I wasn’t disappointed as the backpack that I received looked exactly like the one pictured. I’m a huge fan of the cyber truck like design and the hard shell is both sleek and structurally sound. The inside provides a good amount of space and enough compartments to surprisingly carry a good amount of items. Their is a TSA approved lock built in as well as an external audio jack. The bag is super comfortable to wear and doesn’t poke out while on your back. I highly recommend this bag for a sleek modern option if you are in the market.

It is soo sturdy and you can put a lot of stuff in it. I put in 3 laptops. 1 iPad 3 sets of headphones. A big folder with documents. A bunch of cables and more. Basically can hold a lot. Even with all that it doesn’t feel too heavy on your back.
