I lost 5 lbs in a week but everyone is different.

Start with the lowest dosage and work your way up if you feel you are able to or if you want something a bit more detoxifying. Does this product actually detox and cleanse your body, or does it just make you go to the bathroom?

Both - it definitely makes you go, but it also cleanses really well. It gave me a boost of energy after a couple days. Make sure to follow the directions and drink lots of water.
