On the advice of my doctor, who said there's been favorable success with this product in Germany, I tried taking these capsules. It says you can take up to four a day, but 2-3 worked for me. I suffered no ill effects, nor did the capsules interact with any of my prescriptions. The swelling of my feet, ankles and legs was greatly reduced, to the point where I didn't have to wear compression socks nearly as much. I saw results after only 10 days of taking them, and I intend to order more of them.

I bought these for my mother who suffers from swelling in her lower legs, due to poor circulation. She's been taking them faithfully for about three weeks but there's no discernible difference that either she or I can tell. On the plus side, they don't seem to cause any stomach upset or any other side effects that other herbs can cause. These likely won't hurt you -- but not sure they'll help you, either.
