Cobra Electronics CPP 12000- JumPack XL - Jump Starter/Power Pack

Works great and saved me from an expensive tow. My alternator went out and I was stuck on the side of the road. After I charged the battery, I took my car straight to the repair shop. It's so easy to use and it got my car started very quickly. I like this charger so much, I picked up two more. Make sure you keep it charged, so when you need it, it'll save you.

Light, easy to store in trunk. Should top up charge every 6 months or so. But though I did not, it still started car with completely dead battery in a few seconds. Inconvenient if your battery dies in the mall. Dangerous if it does so late at night in an unsafe area. Lost no time in ordering one for my wife's car as well. Worth every cent.

This charger is incredible. I bought one in the past for my wife. She uses it mainly to charge her phone but we have also used it multiple times to jump start her car. The look on people's faces when you attach this to the battery and jump start the car is awesome, they are completely amazed.

I bought this with the attention of solely using this as a portable charger and prayed that I would never have to use it to jump my car. However my car didn't start today and I had to use it. This has been the best investment I've made for my car. Jumping was fairly simple and I didn't even have to wait long. This is a must have for your car

I purchased this item on Feb 2, 2018 and charged it. It seemed to be fine. My wife keeps it in her van for emerg. purposes. I take it out and charge it every 3 or 4 months. A co-worker of my wife had a dead battery and my wife remembered she have a jumpack. Since my wife never had to use it she thought this would be a great time to try it. Of course it didn't work. We thought it just needed to be charged, so we tried to charge it and it wouldn't take a charge. We're not sure when it stopped working or if it ever did. By it just sitting in the car waiting to be used, the year warranty is up and Cobra wants to charge me $59 to replace something that I've never used or know if it ever worked. Why would I pay another $59 plus what I already paid for something that might work or might not and for how long. I think I would do better trying a different brand.

Everyone needs one of these in their car. It makes a dead battery something easy to fix. When my 16 year old daughter stops to help a woman stuck in a parking lot and jumps her car in 5 minutes, everyone is so impressed but its easy. Get one! Don't waste your time finding someone to drive up next to your car who has jumper cables and feels comfortable lifting a hood and looking for a battery and then hooking it up correctly. Yes, its not hard but it does freak some people out.

I used it only once to jump start a 4-cylinder car with dead batteries, then gifted it. After the jumpstart it still showed 100% charge, that, while it is obviously not possible, and probably the result of an inaccurate gage, still indicates that there is plenty of juice left. Worked as advertised. Fantastic product, which does exactly what it says on the tin. I had a flat battery on my Motorhome (Peugeot Boxer 2ltr HDI) as it had been sitting for 6 weeks over Christmas. Looked at many reviews on various similar products and decided on The Cobra XL, which arrived the next day. I went to try and start the Motorhome today with some trepidation, it was raining and cold and the battery power was non-existent so I wasn't sure that it would work. The instructions were easy to follow and the engine leapt into life first time - FANTASTIC! So if your looking for something with the power to start a small Motorhome this is it.

This was my first purchase of a JumPack. I read all the 5 star reviews and they persuaded me. I have a 2.3 diesel campervan and I must admit to a degree of skepticism. I made the connection and nothing happened. I tried a second time and nothing happened. I explained how things were supposed to work to my leading lady and tried for a third time. Boom, it started straight away. Seems to me that leaving it connected for a couple of minutes makes all the difference. Fantastic product ... I'm a believer.

Cobra Jump Pack CPP 12000 Since purchasing the above I have had to use it most days to start my car, it has performed impeccably, starting the car each day for three weeks until I got a booking slot at my garage. After 3 weeks I delivered the car to the garage. to find out it was a faulty battery.I can highly recommend the above jump pack to anybody, as advised by cobra keep it in the glove box. you never know when you might need it

Hard to believe this will start a 2.3 Diesel..it does. Charges all your devices too. Feels and looks extremely well made.
