There is a lot of information about Reiki healing online so you may want to read up on that. If you aren’t familiar with Chakras, you may want to learn about the energies each color represents. If you do know about healing, I can tell you how I use it on myself: I stand, sit, or lie down and dangle the pendant asking for help in any area that is not functioning properly. This way, I can learn what I need to work on. For instance, if it points to the first Chakra (red), I know that basic needs are not being met. Am I eating properly? Am I doing all I can to remain healthy? If it points to my fifth Chakra (throat, turquoise), I know to work on communication skills or stop smoking if I smoke, etc. Pendants are multi-purpose spiritual tools. Way back in time when I was pregnant, I used one to see the gender of my child (before there was ultrasound technology).
