I’ve had no issues with this fridge. I’ve honestly loved it and I’ve had it for 5 years now.

It displays a code "CF-E" on the door and once a day will stop cooling until I unplug it for five minutes to reset it. This thing is only a few months old! It's way too big to load into a truck and drive somewhere (also I don't own a truck or have people to help load it from my second floor, so this would be very expensive). The repair companies in my area will absolutely not touch LG refrigerators. They are specific about not servicing LG because apparently new problems arise on LG refrigerators when being repaired. Even LG says that they can only be serviced by an LG technician and no one else. The repair places agree with LG on this. LG customer service says it needs to be serviced by an LG technician and I am on my own to figure out how to accomplish this. They will not send anyone. They also are not going to pay for any of it unless I bring it to them. The closest LG service center is 2.5 hours away in a different city. Yet, they were HAPPY to sell me the refrigerator and deliver it to me here where I live! This thing looks beautiful and the exterior door and extra flex drawer are very useful. I really, really want this thing to function, but it is a lemon right out of the box and I am left on my own to figure out how to fix it. LG has their money and I have a new refrigerator that I may have to dispose of. Buyer beware!

Don't buy LG refrigerators. They break in 4 years and customer service is useless. They promised to be here 24 -48 hours then another 48 hrs. All the food was thawed in freezer. I have insulin that needs to be to be kept cool. Don't trust this company at all.
