This supplement has really been helpful to me and it has given me pain relief! I needed relief from UTIs & there's only so much canberry juice I can stand to drink, so I love that this has cranberry juice in it. I also bought this for the D-Mannose. D-mannose is good for many things, but it's great for preventing and treating urinary tract infections (UTIs). My doctor told me that D-Mannose prevents certain kinds of bacteria that cause infection from sticking to the walls of the urinary tract. I bought this supplement in hopes that it would help my pain and so that I can have a healthier urinary tract. For close to a year, I had been dealing with painful kidney stones (like sand, but some bigger). I also get UTIs/bladder infections/kidney infections and so my urinary tract was just irritated in general. Since I've been taking this, I've had SWEET RELIEF, decreased pain in my kidneys, bladder, and urinary tract. My kidney stones are passing easier and I generally feel a lot better. I have not had a UTI since I've been taking this for almost a whole month. I'm going to continue to take these supplements to prevent UTIs and save myself trips to the doctor! I've been having less stomach issues since taking this as well. I like that the pills aren't very big and they're easy to swallow. I also like that these are gluten free. I trust this brand because this is good quality & the ingredients in this have been effective for me! From now on, I'm going to look for the ForestLeaf brand when I need refills on my vitamins and supplements. In the past, I've bought some brands of vitamins that aren't effective because my blood work shows that the vitamin levels I'm low in have not increased. I don't write a lot of reviews unless I really like something or unless I have a big issue with it. If you get UTIs, have pH issues, or stomach issues, just give it a try. It's cheaper than a copay at a doctor's office.

Best thing I've ever taken to prevent the frequent UTIs I've been plagued with for so many years! 1 capsule 2 times daily works great for me!
