I have not used them as of yet. They are quite small, but tall. You can fit a small piece of maybe Brie w/strawberry jam, pudding, peanut butter, etc. I will use some of them for my mincemeat. Best to heat a little, but the other puff type of shells I have been using I put in the oven for maybe only 5-6 mins on about 200 degrees just to warm them up. Too long and they will dry out and turn brown...experience talking here! Good luck and enjoy and I am looking forward to using mine! :-)

Ingredients? How do these taste? Critical factors before ordering...

I thought they were good. Neutral. I used them for chicken salad. You could definitely use for something sweet. Flaky enough, not stale or heavy but beware they are small!! Mine were heaping with chicken salad and require careful stuffing. They really do look great though. I say worth it. I will order again!

What is the ingredient information? How many carbs per shell do they have?

I don’t know. I threw them out. They were hard as a rock and some partially crumbed. Wasn’t able to return them so they were pitched.

Can these be frozen after receiving them?

Absolutely, I received mine and put them directly in the freezer. These are wonderful puff pastries. Great taste

Excellent patty shells for appetizers

I used to buy Patti shells from a bakery in New Orleans to prepare appetizers for Thanksgiving. It was very expensive and sometimes the products would arrive broken. This product is very affordable well packaged and very tasty. I definitely recommend this product.
