Sculpture Block is made from polyurethane foam and not polystyrene. It is not recommended to use a hot wire cutter as the polyurethane foam has a much higher melting point than EPS or XPS foam. Using would cause Sculpture Block to burn rather than melt and produce fumes. It is recommended to use a blade or saw when attempting to cut Sculpture Block.
