Great value
Idk about the claims as I have been wearing them for only a few days but these seem legit. They last through hot soapy showers and I can feel them. Comes with a large poster if you have a practice it be perfect to display

Oh, they stay in place alright…
These stick great, I’m just inexperienced and not sure how to use them yet. Instructions are in Chinese.

OMG!! Wasn't sure what to think...
Ok to be honest we have tried Western and Eastern approaches to different things in our family's life... everything from insomnia to anxiety to sensitivities to digestion, circulation, etc etc. Doctors, natural paths, home remedies, you name it we have tried it. For some of our more sensitive family members they don't respond well to traditional medicine as the side effects can be hard on them. We have tried on and off acupuncture but needles we always a sore topic too. We had tried some acupressure products and we felt like we were out of options to help a family member with MAJOR TRAUMA and ANXIETY. We thought why not we have tried everything else. We ordered these ear seeds and a book on ear acupressure and hit the JACKPOT!! If you aren't sure get be them a try but please be responsible and get a book on ear acupressure that explains the points in DETAIL! A basic chart doesn't really help much when you are tackling big problems, you really have to understand it before you start placing them.

I actually did not catch that there was to be two probes and tweezers, but other than that everything came as expected, good quality for the price.

Caution: the beads come off without notice
The tiny beads slide off after a few days of use without user (my husband and I) noticing it. Dangerous to use as the beads can easily go inside the ear. Also, the adhesive part stays only for a few days. Given that is, the issue must be with the stickiness of the adhesion. Will not recommend this for safety reasons.
