I have a cat and she did something the other day that made me a very unhappy cat owner, yep she peed on my bed and I could have killed her if it wasn’t for her noticing that I knew what she had done and she went into 007 style hiding. I’m not sure how I came across this torch but it was a UV and a standard torch in one but what took my interest was the fact that the UV could show up pets urine and I was wondering if my cat had peed elsewhere which I couldn’t see and I also wanted a solid not to big torch and here was one that did both. Now I’m the sort of person who reads every possible review and look for the best price so seeing this torch, it’s price and it’s good reviews i decided to take a leap of faith and buy it. Well as per usual the prime free next day delivery lived well up to its name and it arrived the next day which is great for me as I hate the long wait for a new toy to play with because the boy in me has never left me even after 50+ years. My first thoughts when I took it out of its packaging was wow it really feels great in quality, 3 batteries come with it which is always a bonus but when I put the batteries into the battery cartridge and put the cartridge in the torch wouldn’t work and I thought dam trust me to get a duff one until I looked at the battery cartridge and I realised that the cartridge looked like all the batteries went the same way and after close inspection I noticed the little symbols at the top of the cartridge and realised one of the battery goes in the opposite way so remember that if you choose to invest on one. So sorted batteries out and my first reaction was one of amazement off how bright the white light was and I also like the fact that you can widen or narrow the beam and believe this little torch is powerful. So it time to test the UV part of this torch and all of a sudden I was Sherlock Holmes’s. I had just cleaned my bathroom using quite an expensive beautiful smelling anti bacterial and what I thought was a good old bit off elbow grease until I switched on the UV and went int to bathroom I had just scrubbed to test this new torch out, well I tried it alright and I instantly felt sick as where I thought was clean was actually still smothered in bacteria, and knowing it was urine stains (from my young grand sons) when they visited, ok maybe me too when I’m still half asleep in the middle of the night doing the mummy walk but seeing is believing and whilst I I used this torch and felt sick at what it showed up I was amazed over its whole quality especially the build of it, it’s all metal and feels very sturdy, the main torch is super bright and well blind and stop anyone in their tracks if pointed at them and the beams adjustable, I was so happy with the product I instantly ordered another one, one to keep at home and one for the van which is what I wanted it for originally. I really hope that this torch lives up to its first impressions and I would definitely recommend it, I don’t normally bother with writing reviews but after being so impressed I thought I might as well write one.

A solid and useful torch. Good to use walking home from work at night.

At the moment it’s really good and work really nice. It’s come with the battery. They have focus light you can torn. It’s so easy to carry you can fit in your pocket. It’s really useful for found things.

Nice and powerful I like the different modes and how bright it makes my surroundings and it is really easy to fit in due to it's small size. The battery life us longer lasting then my other torches and has a magnifying glass to help the torch function between the two different sizes.

The torch is well made and the UV for which I got it is fine. However, I didn't realise you have to press the button SEVEN times to get to the UV light setting. Have to switch on and off bright white, lower power white and strobe first before getting to UV. Not sure how long button will last pressing 8 times for each UV use.

Good size, not too small, but still fits in your pocket. It has a very bright light, the top of the torch twists that makes the light go from a narrow to a wide beam, a flashing light (be mindful of epilepsy) and a good UV light. Easy to switch between light function, great design. It also has a clip to attach to a pocket and comes with batteries Definitely recommend!

Flash light is so far shockingly good. Way brighter then I expected, narrow light can easily see a few hundred feet away. Flash light it's self is small so easily fits in a coat pocket. UV light isn't as bright but still works well for finding dog pee accidents.

Bought this for rock hounding. Entry level but gets the job done. Button design could be better though. You need to click how many times to get to the UV mode which is annoying.

Solide verbaut, zieht kaum Akku und leuchtet wie ein Scheinwerfer. UV-Funktion funktioniert sehr gut (getestet mit einem UV-Marker). Moduswechsel etwas umständlich über mehrmaliges Drücken des "An/Aus"-Knopfes, aber ist absolut verschmerzbar. Zur Fokussierung des Lichtstrahls kann die vordere Manschette vorgezoge werden. Diese Mechanik hat ein wenig Spiel, weswegen die Taschenlampe etwas klappert wenn man sie schüttelt, aber der Funktionalität schadet das scheinbar nicht. Und in Anbetracht des Preises ist so etwas für mich absolut okay.
