Good Morning! I am sorry you putty is sticky. Try taking it out of the can and kneading it and play with it for a little bit. I had another one returned for it being too sticky and once I got it back, I played with it for a while and it is fine. I think if they sit for a while, they can be a little sticky at first. If you want to return it, I will give you a full refund. just begin a return on Amazon adn they will send you a label for it to be sent back. It is your choice. HobbyTown Customer Service
