How well does this hold pureed fruit? Will it seep through the holes

Not too good for pureed fruit. It can sleep though. I suggest a fruit roll type sheet or something similar with no holes.

Will these work with Elechomes dehydrator?

I love my mats. My dehydrator has 6 shelves, so I have two replacement liners at the ready. These sheets are very pliable and can be cut to fit any dehydrator, if need be. I cut the middle holes a little larger and cut some off the edge around. They fit perfect. They should work for the Elechomes machine.

what size is the mesh in mm?

I don't have a metric ruler but the holes are about 1/ 32nd of an inch.
