Is there as difference between the PM and the regular pills

Yes, there is a difference in the list of ingredients. My husband has used both, and Leg Cramps pills are specifically for leg cramps. There are extra ingredients in the Leg Cramps PM pills that also help you sleep better and help some with restless legs. Sometimes these pills (both products) work for him and sometimes they do not. There is another product Cramp 911, that is not a pill, but a roll-on. You roll it on as you would a roll on deodorant. It is much more expensive, but is also much more effective.
