Some have complained the texture is too watery than creamy. Does it have a genuine cream consistency?

Mixed. Some cans are ALL cream, some have a mix of cream and 'coconut water'. Overall I am satisfied that I get mostly cream. Since I use this in my coffee/tea preparations or soups, I am am okay with a more liquid texture from time to time though. I also think of it as like cracking open a coconut, each experience is going to be slightly different, even nature doesn't get it perfect every single time.

I just received the coconut cream and nowhere on the can do I see BPA-free. So many reviews mention BPA-free. Am I missing something?

What is the difference with this coconut cream, premium and the native forest organic classic coconut milk? i see the can size is smaller.

I bought both. The milk separates into a thick heavy cream with water when cold. You can blend them to make it one thick cream/milk (easier to shake at room temp) or you can use the water based part in smoothies etc, and the cream as a cream for thickening, or whipping. The cream in the smaller can is just very dense cream to use as cream in recipes, and it also can be whipped like whipping cream when cold. Both are really delicious!

can you make whipped cream with this? Does it still need to separate or can you whip it all together?

This works great - "Whipped 'Coconut' Cream"Put 1 can of Coconut Milk in refrigerator over night - or long enough to be really cold.Turn can upside down & open. Pour out some of the liquid. This is absolutely an amazing, delicious and right texture coconut cream. Could offer some incentives when purchased by bulk. Great size can for summer drinks

I really like the small size of this can. I don't have any leftovers to get pushed to the back of the fridge and forgotten. The coconut cream is good quality . I buy 12 cans at a time. We've been using it to make tequila pineapple whips in the blender all summer.

Extra small cans!

Picture is false advertising it is so small of a can. I thought it was going to be 1/2 galon cartons. I need to read and not just accept pictures. For 12 extra small cans I used 2 for one drink. Not worth $30Also tastes gross in my coffee what I bought it for.

I love this. But I would go broke.

This is the closest to cream my system can get. And it is satisfying. I’ve bought two cases and gone through them rather quickly.This last time I noticed they went up in price by five dollars.I think I’ll just stop the habit.But it’s a great product if your rich and have lactose intolerance

Finally a small can!

First off, this tastes great. Secondly, i love the small can as i rarely use a whole large can and it goes bad after a few days in the fridge, so this half can is perfect. Also, not a bad price, and factoring in reduced waste, probably a good deal.

Beware: baby-sized cans!!

Amazing company and product! Have been using these for years! I wish they made it more obvious that these were the small cans though (think tomato paste size). Yes, the numbers are there, but they don’t show any pictures of the whole can. I thought I was getting a great price, only to be disappointed because the 15 oz cans are less than $3 in store and these are close to $4 each for MUCH less cream.
