Great combo in 1 pill
It’s the only pill on the market with this combination I can swallow. Great price and worth trying. I’ve only been on it for a week for helping to rebuild my collagen. It will take a few bottles to notice a difference.

Kind of a horse pill but worth it.
One of these twice a day with a gram of vitamin C helps in a few areas; knees are a big one. In the presence of C and proline, your body synthesizes its own collagen; what is that good for? Too much sun; no worry, it will be brown in a couple days, and no lizard skin.

I take these for endothelial health. Dr. Linus Paulings, protocol of vitamin C, and these two amino acids, are critical to optimizing cardiovascular health. I usually take for in the morning on an empty stomach and wait at least 25 minutes before doing anything else.

So much easier with both combined. I have noticed a smoothness to my skin, hair and nails since taking this product. It does not hurt my stomach and is easy to swallow. Will definitely keep buying!
