This in combination with the special lunchbox allow my school age children who have *chosen* to give up sugar and processed foods to still have hot meals at school! It takes about 20-30 to heat up their foods which can be pretty dense meals like pizza, chicken or hamburger. It heats up their entire lunch box so we have to pack a sperate bag for cold food.

Very happy with this. I use it to warm up frozen breast milk on the go. It's effective, easy, and kind of fun. Definitely a game changer.

We catered an event at a building that did not allow open flames, we thought this would be an alternative to dragging a bunch of steam tables in and out. They are a novelty item, not for real world use. Some failed to work at all. others got really really hot for like 15 seconds then went back to room temperature. Save your money. They are the same thing as the heaters in Army MREs, except they have less active ingredients. Steam tables next time!

Package states that warmers will start to steam in 30 seconds, however, it actually takes 5-7 minutes for it to start steaming. Plus then you have to wait another 5 minutes for the bottle to actually warm. Hopefully your baby is not too hungry because this process can take a while.
